Commit2Green is delivered by a multidisciplinary consortium of 25 partners from across Europe, combining expertise in urban planning, landscape architecture, climate adaptation, biodiversity and citizen participation. The consortium brings together local authorities, research institutions, civil society organisations and implementation partners, each contributing to the co-creation of inclusive and scalable nature-based solutions.
