Strengthening urban resilience through nature-based innovation
Vejle is focused on advancing nature-based solutions as part of its long-term climate resilience and urban development strategies. With a strong tradition in innovation and climate adaptation, Vejle aims to leverage district-scale interventions to address flooding risks, enhance public space and promote inclusive community engagement.
The pilot is coordinated by Vejle Kommune, working closely with local stakeholders and expert partners to ensure that solutions are co-developed, replicable, and embedded in existing planning frameworks.
